The Sugar Valley Composite Squadron presents Maj Joshua Cunningham for the November installment of the Leadership Speaker Series at Sugar Valley.  His topic is Making the CAP Difference for Life: Transition from Cadet to the Market Place and Beyond.

Maj Joshua S. Cunningham serves as the Director of Cadet Programs in the South Carolina Wing and as the Squadron Commander for the Emerald City Cadet Squadron.  At the wing level, he is responsible for coordinating and conducting all Cadet Programs activities and Senior Member leadership training, and he is the advisor to the SCWG Cadet Advisory Council.  Major Cunningham, who transitioned from cadet to senior member in 2009, will speak about his personal experience in Civil Air Patrol and how he used his CAP training as a foundation for a successful life and career.  He is a natural leader who inspires others and builds confidence in cadets and seniors alike.
